Three things come up again and again in reviews of our Dubai tax services: it was fast, it was handled, and someone answered.
They completed the entire process fast and with extraordinary efficiency. Everything was handled by them! I merely had to appear a couple of times to sign documents. The process was quick and painless because everything else was taken care of.
I used their service for our company's VAT registration, and they completed the task quickly and expertly. They are really competent, and I truly like their service.
Extremely quick, efficient and responsive. What wonderful services the crew provided! This is the business to use, in my opinion. Anyone who wants to build a business in the UAE should absolutely consider them.
The questions we are asked most often. If yours is not here, ask us directly.
UAE corporate tax applies at 9% on taxable profit above AED 375,000, and took effect for financial years starting on or after 1 June 2023. Registration is mandatory for taxable persons, including many free zone entities, even where the rate ultimately payable is 0%.
VAT registration becomes mandatory once your taxable supplies and imports exceed AED 375,000 over the past 12 months, or are expected to exceed it within the next 30 days. Voluntary registration is available from AED 187,500, which can suit newer businesses that want to reclaim input tax.
Once your trade licence, ownership documents and financial records are in order, we usually submit within a few working days. Federal Tax Authority processing time then varies by case, and we track it and follow up on your behalf.
The Federal Tax Authority applies administrative penalties for late registration, late filing and late payment, and these escalate the longer a return stays outstanding. Tracking deadlines properly is by far the cheapest way to avoid them, which is why ongoing compliance is part of every engagement.
Yes. Our office is in the Dubai National Insurance Building in Port Saeed, Deira, and we act for companies across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the wider UAE. Most work is handled remotely, with meetings in person whenever they help.
About thirty minutes on your entity type, turnover and what is already registered. You leave knowing what you are legally required to do, what it will cost, and what the deadlines are. There is no charge and no obligation to proceed.
Send a few details and an advisor will come back to you, usually the same working day. The consultation is free and there is no obligation to proceed.
