This policy explains how LINKS Tax Consultant(“we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through linkstaxs.ae and in the course of providing tax and accounting services. We are based at Dubai National Insurance Building, Port Saeed, Deira, Dubai, UAE.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver our services:
- Contact details you submit through our forms: name, company, email address and telephone number.

- Engagement records where you become a client, including the financial and identification documents required to perform the work and to meet our own regulatory obligations.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected in aggregate to understand how the site is used.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.
- To provide the services you engage us for.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including record retention requirements under UAE tax legislation.
- To improve the website and the services we offer.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Legal basis
We process personal data on the basis of your consent when you contact us, the performance of a contract where you engage us, and compliance with legal obligations that apply to our profession.
Who we share it with
Personal data may be shared with:
- Government authorities, including the Federal Tax Authority, where required to submit filings on your behalf or where disclosure is legally required.
- Service providers who support our operations, such as hosting and email providers, under obligations of confidentiality.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client engagement records are retained for the period required by applicable UAE tax and commercial legislation, after which they are securely deleted.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, and any transmission is at your own risk.
Your rights
Subject to applicable UAE law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, request its deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing is based on it. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out beforehand.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@linkstaxs.ae. We will respond within a reasonable period.
