An honest study is worth more than a favourable one
The temptation with feasibility work is to produce the answer the client wants, because that is the answer that gets approved. It is also the answer that loses money eighteen months later.
We state assumptions explicitly, show the sensitivity, and give a clear recommendation. If the numbers do not support the project we will say so, and explain what would have to change.

How long does a feasibility study take?
Typically three to five weeks depending on the sector and how much primary research is required. Projects in regulated activities take longer because the licensing analysis is more involved.
Will a bank accept your feasibility study?
Our studies are prepared to a standard suitable for lenders and investors, with stated methodology and assumptions. Individual banks may have their own format requirements, which we will accommodate if you tell us at the outset.
What if the study concludes the project is not viable?
You receive that conclusion in writing with the reasoning, and it is considerably cheaper than the alternative. We will also set out what would need to change for the position to reverse.
